I bought my car the end of August. I’ve been back three times with questions and one time when I had low tire pressure. Trills helped me with my questions and to stop by anytime if I needed help with anything. The low tire pressure, they took time to look at my tire right then. It was a nail, and needs to be replaced. I said to go ahead and order it. Now, I’m hoping it comes in tomorrow. (The day after Christmas) Everyone makes me feel welcomed.

It's the little things that often separate the top performers from the average or worst. The top performers go out of their way to meet customers' needs and/or expectations. Over the last 15 years we have purchased 10-15 Ford vehicles and have religiously used their Quicklane services. After today's experience, I will be looking at other American vehicle manufacturers for our business...a frame around rear cab fell off track (glass is not cracked chipped or damaged in any way) and we needed repair before Christmas trip to Texas - was told I needed an appointment with their glass company. I realize a minor issue and one based on a Ford Company or Dealership protocol and I may find other manufacturers aren't any better.

We went to George Ballentine Ford for an oil change and a recall notice, but we always stop by and visit our salesperson Trella, she's amazing. My husband said it's like getting a refill on something spiritual and uplifting when you talk to her, she's very positive and real, and always gives us a hug and a some of her time. As for the service department, they always listen, always check on us, ask if we need anything, ask if we want some water, tell us how much longer it might be. It's always within the time frame they quote. They have some great Adirondack type chairs outside, so we can sit outside in comfort, and the cool breeze. There was no issue with this visit, it's always a positive experience going to George Ballentine Ford!

I am always leery of car dealerships, but not this time. My salesman, Chris Jones, went the extra mile repeatedly to ensure I found the best car and the right car for me. You usually don't even see the general manager, you know the guy in the blind that approves (or not) negotiations throughout the process. Not so here. Mark the general manager came over to introduce himself and welcome me to the dealership, was visibly present throughout the experience, and returned later to thank me for doing business with them. He even helped the salesman clean the car out on the inside out on the lot! I am very pleased with my car and my experience that's and would recommend George Ballentine Ford Lincoln without reservation.

If you are in the market for a used car, you need to go to Ballentine Ford and ask for Jessie Ruiz. Jessie, along with his manager Mark Roberts and their secretary, Kim, made buying a van from them a wonderful experience. I never thought I could walk into a car dealership and walk out feeling like they genuinely care about my family’s situation and needs.

I ordered a vehicle from the factory with the help of Bailey at Ballantine Ford. Throughout the whole process, they were eager to please, patient (I made some changes after the order had been placed), and did not apply any pressure. When my order arrived, they called me while it was still on the delivery truck(!) and quickly applied some dealer-installed options, detailed it, and had it ready for me to pick-up within a matter of just a few hours. When I got to the dealership everything was ready - including the paperwork. What a smooth and pleasant process! As a bonus, after having the vehicle for about a week, Bailey called to tell me they found a private rebate that should have been applied to the sale, and they were sending me a check for the amount - what a nice surprise! The whole Ballantine team is very easy to work with - after just a few hours I felt like I had known them as friends for years. You will not go wrong if you deal with them.
